One of the easiest secret trophies to miss is Geralt: The Professional, which is awarded to players after finishing every Witcher contract in the game (aside from the DLC ones). For reference, we included several helpful videos from PowerPyx on finding the more hidden trophies.

Finishing the Kiera Metz missions (SPOILER) by killing the sorceress will thereby make Full Crew null and void, given the fact that Kiera needs to be present at the battle of Kaer Morhen for the achievement to be unlocked. Two other hidden story achievements are Friends With Benefits, which involves finishing the subplot with Kiera Metz, and Full Crew, which goes hand in hand with the latter. Aptly named Kingmaker, the trophy isn't all that hard to get, so long as the player knows which sidequests to finish, such as Possession and King's Gambit. Another easily-missed achievement is the polar opposite of the aforementioned one, wherein the player must choose Skillege's new ruler. One trophy I missed in my initial playthrough was Assassin of Kings, the product of a side quest involving the obvious: killing King Radovid. The several others that follow are mostly missable and easily overlooked.
